Menopause is a phase of change, both physically and mentally. While some go through this transition effortlessly, many women experience uncomfortable symptoms. 

Menopause Yoga offers information and tools, such as breathing exercises, yoga, restorative yoga, and mindfulness, to relieve symptoms. 

You will gain a deeper understanding of the changes in your body and discover options to feel better, have more control over your body, mind and life. The aim of Menopause Yoga is to inform and support women so that they can look at the changes positively and feel powerful physically, mentally and emotionally.
