Personal training

What is personal training?

Personal training is a 1-on-1 session with a personal trainer, tailored entirely to you. Whether you prefer to train in our gym or outside in the fresh air, everything is possible. You decide what you like!
Together with your trainer, you set goals and work together to achieve them. Your trainer motivates you, gives you knowledge and tailored advice, and makes sure you go that extra mile. During the training, all focus is on you and your goals, so you get exactly the support you need to move forward.

With personal training, you are never alone and work on your fitness and strength in a way that suits you. Take that step forward, together with us!

Who gives personal training?

Fitness can offer both physical and mental benefits, but most importantly is the fun and satisfaction it brings.

I'm Milou, and I strongly believe in the fact that sports can offer something physically, as well as mentally. Since childhood, I can be found in the gym where I developed my passion powerlifting. But don't be afraid! That doesn't mean all you have to do with me is squat, bench press and deadlift. Instead, we are going to see what you enjoy doing and what connects to your own goals! Together, we will take on the challenge of becoming the best version of you where fun comes first.

Exercising puts you more in touch with yourself and therefore you feel more comfortable in your body. This is also how I train and coach people in my personal training!

For me, sports is more than just exercise, losing weight or getting in better shape. Sport does something to you mentally. I am convinced that body and mind are connected and through sports you get more in touch with yourself and therefore feel more comfortable in your body. This is also how I train and coach people in my personal training. It can be confronting to be trained one on one, you can't smuggle as easily as in a full group class or alone on a machine. But that's also what makes it so useful, special and valuable!
We will go at it hard and you will find that you can do much more than you think.
Whatever happens in the workout; I've got your back and besides the spirited workout, there is room to talk, cry or laugh. But remember; the workout will always be finished 😉 So, do you you fancy having a blast while being coached by me?

From a young age, I have had a great passion for sport, exercise and nutrition. My childhood was dominated by hockey and involvement in various culinary adventures at home, ranging from my own Acai business to baking banana bread daily. Fitness has always played a central role in my life, from which I draw inexhaustible energy.

Sharing my passion for sport and health with others is my greatest joy.

My goal is to introduce you to sports in a positive and enjoyable way. Every woman is in a unique phase of life, and together we will focus on sports and health that suit your specific phase, so that you can achieve your personal goals.

With shared motivation and a good dose of humour, we will work together to create a better version of yourself. I'm looking forward to it!

When it comes to anatomy and physiology, I am a real nerd and take immense pleasure in helping you get to know and understand your body better.

-Performance training for competitions (football, powerlifting, martial arts)

What is the cost of personal training?

As a personal training client at FemmeGym, this is what you can expect: A programme completely focused on your body and your goals. Work on flexibility, activation exercises, strength training, conditioning, recovery and-and of course, unlimited opportunities to ask questions via e-mail.
