The goal? It&#8217;s more than just a meditation technique &#8211; it&#8217;s a way of life. It&#8217;s all about being aware of what you&#8217;re doing while you&#8217;re doing it.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of four one-hour sessions, we&#8217;ll explore the basics and exercises of mindfulness together. The goal?
