\nHave you ever struggled to get into a gym?
\nA little intimidated by weightlifters and insta fitgirls?
\nWhether you have never exercised before or are very experienced, every woman is welcome at FemmeGym. By focusing specifically on women, we want to remove the barrier to entering a gym. FemmeGym stands for attention, commitment and accessibility.<\/p>\n

Lessons<\/strong><\/p>\n

With over 145 classes a week, there is something for everyone. Clear your head in Spinning, feel powerful in Power classes or relax in one of our Yoga or Pilates classes. We offer classes with plenty of personal attention so you can get the most out of your workout. Our teaching heroes motivate you, correct you when necessary and ensure that you reach a higher level every time.
\nFemmeGym has locations in East and West. In East, all classes are held under one roof in the two studios. In West, we have two locations within walking distance of each other.
\nFemmeGym West the Drycleaner, where you can go for body & mind classes such as yoga, pilates and barre.
\nFemmeGym West the Garage, where you can go for fitness\/shape classes like spinning, bodyshape, booty and kickfun or strength classes like HIIT and powershape.<\/p>\n

\nYou know the situation: you step into the gym in high spirits, you have your new sports outfit on and nice energetic music is blaring from the speakers. In short, you are totally\u00a0ready to go<\/em>! But then when you see all the equipment and weights in the gym, you don't really know where to start. Everyone who joins us starts exercising at her own level. Because everyone is different and deserves personal attention, you can book an appointment with one of our trainers at FemmeGym. The great thing is that this is included in your membership. You can make an appointment for a healt check<\/a>, a eGym<\/a> plan and for a Functional fitness plan<\/a>. In short, we are the gym for you!<\/p>\n

Relax
\n<\/strong>Relaxing after your workout? Enjoy our saunas! In Amsterdam West we have them in the gym at location De Garage and in Oost in our gym at 2the<\/sup> Oosterparkstraat 83. At our coffee corner, you can have a delicious cappuccino, or a protein shake in your favourite flavour. In short, FemmeGym is a great place for every woman.<\/p>\n
