I got all kinds of great answers to this and after the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ramadan Survival Guide <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the previous article, it is now time for a recipe! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Marissa, in fact, asked about the <\/span><b>perfect snack<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to put in your bag when you have just come from work, are racing straight back to the gym and don't actually have just enough time to have a quick snack. In other words, the requirements for the snack are: <\/span><b>quick, filling and above all nutritious<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OK, we do have an answer to that! And not just any one, because especially for this article, I gave fellow dietitians and authors Karin Lambrechtse and Eline van der Raad a sweet look and permission to share a recipe from their sports bar book <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bol.com\/nl\/p\/sportables\/9200000059105362\/?suggestionType=browse&amp;bltgh=rniu6YA11fqXNUjt4gFHmw.1.2.ProductImage\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sportables<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to share with you!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Introducing: this is <\/span><b>Smooth Lotte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the more nutritious and tasty version of the Snelle Jelle.<br \/>\nIndeed, the name \u2018Snelle Jelle\u2019 mainly refers to all the sugars and <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fast carbs<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> that the bar contains, but apart from that, such a gingerbread bar is not exactly nutritious for your body, so you'll be back in your sugar dip in no time.
