Mom in Shape circuit training

Mom in Shape - "Circuit Edition" is an exclusive class designed for pregnant women, recent mothers giving birth, and women who want to pick up their exercise routine for up to two years after giving birth. This class is specially designed for small groups of up to six pregnant women, so you get an optimal dose of attention. Held in the Fitness Zone at the Garage, this class is included with the unlimited membership.

Pregnancy yoga

Pregnancy yoga focuses on becoming aware of your own body and the baby in your belly. Yoga classes consist of gentle body movements, muscle stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. There is also a focus on postures and exercises that can support specific pregnancy symptoms and learning to cope with contractions. The class will be held at the Dry Cleaner, this class is included in the unlimited membership.

Pregnancy Pilates

The exercises covered during these classes will help you maintain good posture during your pregnancy and learn to consciously use the muscle groups you use during labour.
After childbirth, you will regain control of your abdomen, pelvis and lower back faster if you consciously learn to exercise all your muscles around your abdomen. The class will be held at the Dry Cleaner, this class is included in the unlimited membership.
