Waacking is a dance style characterised by posing, musicality, arm movements and self-expression. It originated in the 1970s, in Los Angeles' LQBTQ+ scene as a reaction to oppression.
Sarada Sarita is a pioneer in the Dutch waacking scene and has been associated with ISH, Het Nationale Ballet, Korzo and Conny Janssen Danst.
