As a member at Femmegym, you have access to the FemmeGym app. Here you can find and arrange all kinds of things for your gym visit. From check-in and booking appointments, to your personal step-by-step explained workout, you'll find it all in the app.

How to...
We regularly get the question "How can I find this in the app?". On this page, you will find all the information about the app and we will explain step by step where to go.
Check in
Upon entering, always check in. This way we can see if you have an active membership and you will be reported present for class. You check in with your membership card in the app. As soon as you click on it, a QR code will appear that you can hold in front of the scanner.
Booking lessons
Ready to join our classes? All you need to do is book a spot via our app. You can book as early as 3 days (that's 72 hours) before the class.
At 'Book lessons' in the app, you will find a handy overview of our lesson offerings for each day.
Click on the class you are interested in to get some more info and to book your spot. Click on the green bar 'join' to book the class.
Is the class you are looking forward to already fully booked? No worries! It's super easy to register on our waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available, we will send you a notification straight away. Just be quick, because everyone on the waiting list will receive this notification.
One lesson costs 1 credit. Members with classes in their membership receive 4 credits per week to reserve classes. If you have opted for a package deal, you will receive the number of credits you have chosen.
Tip from Femmegym
You can filter lessons by location. You do this using the filters found between the days and the list of classes. You can filter by activities, timetables and instructors. Handy if you are looking for a specific lesson!
Cancel lessons
If you unexpectedly cannot come to a class after all, it is nice if you cancel your booking. Preferably do this as early as possible. That way, you increase your chances of making someone else happy with your spot.
To cancel a lesson, go to the lesson you have booked. To find it quickly, you can go to 'Calendar' where you will find the class on the day it takes place. Press the green 'Cancel' button and you're taken off the list! As we understand that plans can change, you can cancel up to 2 hours before the class starts with no consequences!
Rules on cancelling lessons

Booking guidance
At FemmeGym, 1-on-1 coaching is included in the membership, super nice!
We have 3 types of appointments: a personal Fitness Plan, Health Check or eGym plan.
With an Essential membership, you will receive credits once for these 3 appointments, and with an Unlimited membership, you will receive new credits every 3 months to book these 3 appointments. The recommended order is to book an egym plan first, then a health check and finally a fitness plan.
You can book the appointments under 'Counselling | 1-on-1 |'.
A blue plus sign will appear. You can then choose from three types of appointment. Choose the option relevant to you, choose a date, a time and confirm the booking. Your appointment has been scheduled!
All appointments take place in the gym, at the Garage.
To find your appointment again, you can go to 'Counselling | 1-on-1 |' on the homepage where you will see an overview of your appointments.
Cancel guidance
Has something come up that prevents the counselling appointment from going ahead?
Super fine if you cancel the appointment!
To cancel an appointment, go to your appointment via 'Counselling | 1-on-1 |' on the homepage. Click on the appointment you want to cancel and then the 'cancel' button. Confirm that you want to cancel the appointment.

Customise membership
Want to buy a new membership, cancel, pause due to a medical reason or request a holiday pass for a friend? You can do so via 'change membership' in the app.
Click on the block with what you want to do. A form will appear. Fill it in and press 'submit', we will start working for you as soon as possible!
