1. eGym plan
The eGym is a clever combination of 8 fully automatic machines for the major muscle groups. Once the instructor sets all machines for you, your personal data, such as seat position and training weight, are automatically stored on your own eGym chip bracelet. The training weight is determined through a strength test. The most efficient & safe training for fast results. You do a complete workout within 30 minutes, without waiting times or getting bored. During the workout, you receive training instructions via your personal touch display, making any injuries or incorrect movement execution a thing of the past. 2. Health Check
Wondering how your body and health are doing? At FemmeGym, we offer a comprehensive Health Check, giving you instant insight into your progress and well-being. With our eGym Hub and professional guidance, we bring your health and fitness into clear focus.
InBody Body Analysis
Within a minute, you will receive via the InBody Analyzer a complete overview of your body composition, such as muscle mass, fat mass and water content. This helps you accurately track changes in your body and gives you targeted advice on exercise and lifestyle.
Strength and flexibility tests
With the eGym Hub, you can measure your strength and flexibility yourself. Easily and quickly, you can see how you are getting stronger and more flexible, with handy tips to further optimise your training.
BioAge: Your Biological Age
To measure is to know! The BioAge shows how fit and healthy you really are. An inspiring starting point to see how your health improves with every workout.
Important! The outcome of the body analysis is purest once you are not menstruating. In addition, it is important that you are not pregnant or have a pacemaker.
3. Functional fitness plan
Together, we discuss your goals and create a plan of action. A personal fitness schedule with functional exercises ensures that you can train purposefully and effectively. By giving the muscles the right stimuli, you can quickly start burning fat and shape or tone your body. We will be happy to tell you how! Once we have drawn up your plan together and performed it once together, we will put the plan in your FemmeGym app with animations so you always know exactly what to do!
How to book guidance
You can book the appointments under 'Counselling | 1-on-1 |'.
A blue plus sign will appear. You can then choose from three types of appointment. Choose the option relevant to you, choose a date, a time and confirm the booking. Your appointment has been scheduled! All appointments take place in the gym, at the Garage or the Forge.
