Our fitness facilities offer plenty of possibilities to make your workouts varied and effective. Free training zone
At FemmeGym the Garage and the Forge, we have an area where you can do strength training and cardio training. They have similar offerings to challenge you.
The Garage
The free training area at the Garage consists of a section with free weights, a cable machine, a rack where you can make up your entire workout and cardio section. In short, you can do all kinds of exercises there.
The Forge
The free training area at the Forge consists of a section with free weights, a cable machine, racks where you can format your workout and a machine with stabbing weights.

If you have no idea which exercise you want to do or you want to see how to do that one exercise again, you will find an overview of different exercises in the FemmeGym app.
Fitness plan booking
There is a lot to do in the free fitness zone. So sometimes you can't see which exercises you can do there. If you want help with that, we offer 1-on-1 guidance.
