Do you want to live healthier, but find it difficult to really get moving - or to stick to new habits? During this workshop, Imara will help you on your way with insights and practical tools.
We work with the Stages of Change-model: a fine, positive method that helps you get clear on what you want to change, where you are now, and what small steps will take you forward.
Using short writing exercises, you will reflect on your own behaviour, motivation and challenges. It is not a “must-everything else” session, but rather an invitation to look with mildness and realism at what you need to feel good about yourself.
Whether you are just starting out or already on your way: you are welcome.
