We offer live classes with plenty of personal attention so you can get the most out of your workout. Our instructors motivate you, correct you when necessary and make sure you reach a higher level every time. Of course, we also provide uplifting and motivating music so that you can immerse yourself in the class.

Bodyshape has been almost everyone's favourite for years, and for good reason!
Bodyshape is a class with low and high-impact exercises at a brisk pace. It trains both large and small muscle groups. You will thus work on fitness and body toning. Ideal for you if you want to work up a sweat for an hour. Because the teacher offers all kinds of variations, it is a suitable class for both beginners and advanced students.

BBB is an accessible class that mainly targets the large muscle groups: legs, buttocks, and abdomen. The first part is a simple warm-up followed by muscle-strengthening exercises.

During a Booty workout, you will set your sights on training the thighs and, of course, the buttocks. A wide variety of surprising exercises, performed to compelling music, ensures a great workout. Because you are very focused, you will quickly notice results. The strength in your legs and buttocks will quickly increase.

HIIT 45 is a 45-minute interval workout.
The workout is short, intense, explosive and ensures a high heart rate!

Kickfun is pre-eminently the class where you can work out all the frustrations of the day on a kickbag. You will learn various boxing techniques, kicking techniques and all kinds of fun combinations. All to the beat of the music. Boxing and kicking techniques are a way to work on your fitness, burn fat, release stress and relax. You stand in duos at a kickbag, so super fun to do together with your best friend.

Powershape is a fun and dynamic workout for anyone who wants to get stronger. This workout can best be described as strength training to music. Using a dumbbell with weights attached, you determine your own level: the more weight; the heavier. Every piece in the music belongs to a certain movement at a certain tempo. During the workout, all muscle groups are extensively covered.

Ride: Ride is not an ordinary spinning class but a full-body workout. You train your lower body but also your upper body as we use weights and do push-ups on the handlebars. All this, of course, to the beat of the music!

Spinning: Do you like to push your limits? Spinning is group cycling to the rhythm of exciting and varied music. The instructor ensures that each participant will test her own conditional limits in a challenging, but always safe way. A suitable class for both beginners and advanced cyclists, although you should bear in mind that the first time can be a bit of a battle of attrition!

Step is a fun and challenging class of step choreography. The use of the step increases the heart rate which makes this class perfect for improving fitness. A suitable class for advanced students and a challenging class for beginners. Keep in mind that it takes a few lessons to get used to the step steps, but then it really is super fun to do!!!

Pocket training is a dynamic class that teaches punching and kicking techniques derived from kick/thaiboxing. You perform these techniques on a boxing pillar. In this training you work on your fitness (stamina, strength, flexibility, balance, speed and coordination) and fat burning. In addition, you become more confident and can discharge stress or excess energy. We have gloves, but if you have your own please bring your own.

Zumba The most enjoyable workout that teaches dance to Latin music. It is a cardio workout where the main emphasis is on great dancing.

Barre is a combo between ballet, pilates and fitness.
You will strengthen your core, work on your flexibility and balance.
This workout is suitable for young and old, trained and untrained. Although Barre naturally has ballet influences, you do not need a ballet background for it. So you don't have to ride your bike to FemmeGym in your tutu, which is nice!

Barre-Pilates is a unique workout that combines elegance of barre with the power of Pilates core training . Starting with barre exercises for strength and flexibility, we shift to core work to strengthen the deeper abdominal and back muscles. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a challenging and satisfying experience for a strong, stable core and improved posture.

Essentrics is an innovative workout that uses dynamic stretches
and fluid movements derived from tai chi to promote health and balance
creating enhancement techniques from ballet for tall, slender and
flexible muscles, and of the healing principles of physiotherapy for a
pain-free body. Essentrics is based on eccentric muscle contractions.
Eccentric training is active tightening of a muscle while lengthening it at the same time.

Pilates is a workout consisting of ground exercises on the mat that promote mastery, flexibility, coordination and muscle strength.
It is a workout that focuses on the core of your body.

Critical alignment: Do you suffer from a stiff back, neck or shoulders and want to get rid of your tension symptoms? Critical Alignment Yoga is an effective and profound method to learn to release physical and mental tension and restore the body's resilience. In the exercises, we use tools such as a rubber strip or roller and become aware of proper alignment of the body.

Fusion Yoga: After a quiet warm-up, standing and seated postures follow with attention to build-up and correct execution. Part of the lesson consists of a flow - on the breath - in which the different postures are connected.

Iyengar yoga is physically focused. This is due to the emphasis on precision, standing in a posture with attention and accuracy, aligning postures and holding the poses for a long time. While performing postures, balance arises, between left and right, bottom and top, back and front, into every fibre, muscle and joint. Balance arises between body and mind, between ratio and feeling.

Vinyasa is a flow yoga, meaning that the postures (asanas) are fluidly connected without stopping in between. Postures from the Sun Salutation form the basis of Vinyasa, which are repeated in sequence. This is followed by separate asanas, to allow for variation within the flow.
The positive effect on the body can be experienced on many different levels. Vinyasa is sometimes referred to as aerobic-style yoga, because of the heat generated within the muscle metabolism. That's why you can sweat everything out so nicely during a Vinyasa class!

Yin Yoga is very calm and at the same time profound. Poses mostly seated or lying down and are held for a long time (5 minutes or more) in as complete a state of relaxation as possible. As a result, they do not act on your muscles but rather on your joints and connective tissue. Thus, you gain a lot of space and opening in your whole body. Yin yoga is the counterpart of the active yang yoga forms such as ashtanga, vinyasa yoga.

Yin yang yoga focuses on loosening and strengthening connective tissue and joints. It is a class that both physically challenges you and completely relaxes you. The yin part focuses mainly on seated and lying postures. The Yang part is slightly more active and often consists of standing poses, paying attention to breathing, movement and alignment.
