Join us for a transformative 2-hour session designed to calm your mind, reset your energy, and reconnect you with your body.
This workshop combines three powerful practices—Essentrics, Mindfulness and Breathwork—to guide you toward a balanced, peaceful state of being.
Essentrics (30 min) We’ll start with mindful movement and gentle stretching to release tension and boost energy. This practice helps ground your mind, making it easier to focus during the rest of the workshop.
Mindfulness (1 hour) Learn simple, practical mindfulness techniques to quiet your mind and stay present. These tools can be easily applied in daily life to help manage stress and increase clarity.
Breathwork (20 min) Discover how conscious breathing can restore balance, calm your mind, and improve focus. This session will help you feel more centered and at ease.
Integration (10 min) We’ll finish with a short reflection, leaving you refreshed and equipped with practical tools to enhance your well-being.
