Want to improve your posture during classes or in the gym? Then these Fitness Fundamentals are really for you!
During this session of Fitness Fundamentals, you will discover everything you need to know about the basic movements of strength training. We will give you a clear explanation of common exercises and techniques, with a special focus on the squat, deadlift and core.
To make sure that everyone who wants to join gets the chance, we offer the Fundamentals as many as 3 times, on the following Tuesdays from 13:15 to 14:45:
