YIN & SOUND MEDITATION
During this journey, we will enhance the power of sound with Yin postures that will offer a moment of complete surrender and peace.
The sound waves produced by the handpan, chimes, healing & singing bowls will invite you to let go and go within. Instruments help harmonise our body and mind with its special vibrations, creating a profound meditative experience.
