In this new workshop, strength training, deep relaxation, and practical insights into stress and recovery come together. An evening where you strengthen your body, calm your mind, and learn how to better switch between action and relaxation.
The workshop consists of three parts
35–40 min strength training
A Bodypump-style workout using barbells (squats, lunges, arms, and core). Built at a calmer pace and accompanied by soothing music, allowing you to build strength without the hustle and bustle of a typical workout.
10 min Yoga Nidra
A short, guided deep relaxation on the mat to allow your body to truly let go and recover.
30-minute workshop
Practical insights into stress, recovery and energy management. You will receive tips that you can immediately apply in your daily week.
A calm but powerful evening for body and mind.
