In this practical workshop, we aim to improve your self-defence skills such as: physical know-how, self-awareness, and self-confidence in a short time.
The emphasis will be on efficient exercises, such as: conflict avoidance techniques; simple defence and attack techniques; vulnerable attack targets; projection techniques; small joint manipulation; focus and concentration through breathing exercises.
Everyone is more than welcome, regardless of age or level!
