Want to boost your self-confidence and learn how to defend yourself? In this practical workshop, you will discover useful techniques that will boost your self-awareness, physical skills and self-confidence.
We will work on simple and effective exercises, such as conflict avoidance, simple defence and attack techniques, and how to assert yourself powerfully. You will also learn how to use breathing to stay focused and calm.
This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of age or experience. Feel free to come along and join in!
