We need data from you when you have a membership, want to take out a membership, visit our website, use our app or respond to our social media statements.

1.WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
According to the WBP, a personal data is "any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person". This is therefore any data that can be traced back to your person. When entering into a subscription with FemmeGym, we will in any case process your name, address, place of residence, telephone number and your e-mail address, bank account number, gender and date of birth.
ONLINE visits
We use cookies too, but what are they? A cookie is a small text file that a website puts on the hard disk of your computer or phone when you visit the site. The main function of cookies is to distinguish one user from another. For example, a cookie ensures that visitors remain logged in while using or briefly leaving the site. Cookies have a runtime.

REQUEST DATA information
When requesting information, we process your first name, surname and e-mail address. In some cases, we also process your telephone number. We only use this data for contact in connection with the request for the relevant information.
DATA OF MEMBERS AND FORMER MEMBERS
At the conclusion of each membership, we process your first and last name, address, place of residence, date of birth, bank account number, telephone number and your e-mail address.
Even if you already have a subscription, we will continue to process this kind of personal data from you.
When using FemmeGym's services, the following personal data will also be processed, depending on which services are used: member number, pass number, language choice, visit registration to the club, last visit to the club, type of subscription, information you may have provided on our question form, services and products purchased and whether these have been paid for, any data you may have entered in the FememGym app and/or c such as: height, (varying) weight data, data about workouts you have registered and data about chosen nutrition. When you opt for a healthcheck and the accompanying measurements, we process this data. These include height, weight, muscle and fat mass, fluid percentage.
- WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
SERVICE
Without processing your personal data, we cannot provide our services to you. For example, you won't be able to log into the website or app, you won't be able to see your progress and we won't be able to provide you with personalised guidance based on your results.
We work with partners, for example to provide our app and other services or to collect outstanding invoices. We may therefore provide your personal data to those partners. We require our partners to at least comply with the WBP. They must handle your personal data with care and are prohibited from using your data for anything other than the purpose for which it was provided to them.
INFORM
FemmeGym processes your data to inform you mainly by e-mail or FemmeGym's online service (member account) (or in some cases by letter or telephone).
We use flexible web and mobile app technology solutions, FemmeGym's app and FemmeGym's online service (member account), which offer a wide range of functionalities in areas such as activity and progress recording, nutrition, mental vitality, coaching, booking, member management, and billing.
For optimal use of this app & online service, we recommend that you provide information in this service, but it is up to you whether you want to. Commonly shared personal information in this service are first name, last name, email address, preferred language, age, height, weight, gender and place of residence. In addition, the Service gives you the option to limit the sharing of your information in the Service. You can change the privacy settings in the service by going to your account settings and clicking on "privacy". Moreover, as a user of the service, you can decide not to show your real name on your profile, making you anonymous to other users.
LEGAL OBLIGATION
We may be required by law or regulation to process your personal data and/or provide it to third parties. For example, when requested by a competent authority such as the police in the context of a criminal investigation.
MARKETING ACTIVITIES
We will never sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing activities.
