Pregnancy yoga helps develop physical, mental and emotional resilience and connect with your baby.
This will keep you supple and vital during pregnancy and build your confidence for labour and motherhood.
Yoga classes consist of gentle body movements, muscle stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. There is also a focus on postures and exercises that can support specific pregnancy symptoms and learning to cope with contractions.
Classes are ongoing and suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until delivery. You can join whenever you are ready.
