By popular demand, the teacher training program I have designed and developed to help barre enthusiasts learn the basics about anatomy, alignment, and proper form in order to amp up their own practice and be able to deliver their own kick-ass barre lessons will return to Amsterdam in the winter of 2022!
This training is perfect for barre lovers who want to take their passion to the next level as instructors, or who just want to develop their understanding of how barre exercises work and how to enhance their class experience.

-basics of anatomy specific to barre
-proper alignment and form for barre exercises
-how to cue and coach a barre class
-musicality; how to select and use your music to enhance your class
-progressions and regressions for barre exercises to help yourself or your class
-corrections; strategies for helping participants to succeed
-how to prepare for your first audition to teach barre
-basics of the “business” of teaching barre
