Yeah, no more going to the appie after exercise!
We are all quite busy: when we are not working/studying, we are working hard at FemmeGym and, of course, a social life is not unimportant either. You would almost forget that you also have to have dinner. Then you face a dilemma: do you still have enough energy to make a healthy meal yourself, or do you opt for quick and easy and go for some chips?
How convenient it would be if the two things were combined into one 
healthy and quick meal? This is exactly what Luc Geertzen must have been thinking when he Fastfoody founded. Indeed, with the arrival of Fastfoody, you get a complete meal in a box and all you have to do is heat it up quickly! And instead of collecting it, you can also have it delivered, which is ideal if you're busy.
Last week, for instance, I was a goalkeeper in a football match and had exactly 45 minutes after work to eat, change clothes, and quickly cycle to the football pitch. So it was quite a chaotic day and making a decent meal seemed like a mission impossible.
Fortunately, I had the Nutty Noodle meal box from Fastfoody and within 3-4 minutes there was a 
complete Asian meal in front of me that included: noodles, asparagus, peas, egg and nuts. Moreover, it was well flavoured with some coriander and a fresh lime wedge. I had energy for ten again and my team even won that night against the then champion. (Really!) Could it have been because of the Nutty Noodle?
Another topper from Fastfoody is I'm in love with the Coco. This is a slightly spicy, creamy coconut soup and is already hugely loved by the FemmeGym Team for its delicious taste (check it out on Instagram!).
