At FemmeGym the Forge (East)
During this workout, we move fluidly between stretch, gentle strength and mindful flow. We start with gentle, mobilising movements to warm up the body. From there, we explore dance-inspired, flowing sequences that help you release tension and create more space in your body. The combination of flow and stretch helps increase your flexibility, lengthen your muscles and calm your mind.
This special is suitable for all levels and runs for 4 consecutive weeks (every Friday in February). Super fun to join all four weeks and experience the build-up - but of course, joining just once is also possible. Date: Fridays 6, 13, 20, 27 February
