This yin yoga class is blindfolded to deepen all your senses better and completely connect with the here and now. You remain blindfolded throughout the class. This allows you to let go of your limitations faster and connect with that which presents itself.
During the class, you will be pampered with sounds and delicious scents of essential oils, which are diffused by the aroma diffuser. The oils support you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. The combination of yoga, essential oil and sound reinforce each other, enhancing the effect and deepening the yin yoga practice while allowing for a deeper exploration of yourself.
