How a personal plan can help you reach your goal
You know the situation: you step into the gym in high spirits, you have your new sports outfit on and nice energetic music is blaring from the speakers. In short, you are totally ready to go! But then when you see all the machines and weights in the gym, you don't really know where to start (or how they work at all). This has happened to me a few times already, which is why I decided to do it differently this time. Namely, I have a personal Functional Fitness Plan have it made at FemmeGym! And believe me, I already love it (thanks, Valéria!).
It works like this: before you start, you have a short chat about what your goals are and your body composition is analysed. Don't forget to bring your smartphone, because then you can link those results to the FemmeGym App! This is useful, because when you then get measured again a few weeks later, you can see very clearly what the difference is - and how much muscle you have already grown.


We also went through all the machines and I now know how everything works, when to breathe in or out and which muscles you train with which machine. When the schedule is finished, you can also find it in the FemmeGym app. You can then see very clearly which exercises to do and how often, but also exactly how they work: for each exercise, you can also see a short film about how to use the machine.
I have now completed my first workout and it was tough, but it feels really good! With a schedule like this, you also get extra motivation: you know you are really training your body well and are no longer running around the gym like a headless chicken. So from now on, you will see me working out at FemmeGym at least twice a week. Wish me luck!
