You can try both the group classes and the free workout area. There is also the option of taking eGym with your trial package. To use the eGym, you need an appointment. During this appointment, the smart devices will be fully set up for you.

With the trial packages, you can do 3 workouts. You can take a class with them or exercise freely in the free training area! If you opt for a trial package with eGym, you can try that too! In short, it's a great way to get a taste of the atmosphere.
Booking eGym guidance
With a trial package eGym you can also use the eGym machines. To do this, you need to be set up once for the devices. You can book an appointment for this through the app.
You can book the appointment under ‘Counselling | 1-on-1 |’.
A blue plus sign will appear. You can then choose from three types of appointment. Choose the option relevant to you, choose a date, a time and confirm the booking. Your appointment has been scheduled!
All appointments take place in the gym, at the Garage or the Forge.
To find your appointment again, you can go to 'Counselling | 1-on-1 |' on the homepage where you will see an overview of your appointments.
