Hi, I'm Yael! Among other things, I teach Mom in Shape classes. I think all mothers are already powerwomen and I love it when they make time for themselves and the baby to get through the pregnancy strong and healthy, despite a heavy pregnancy. I also consider it an honour to be able to help you grow in the coming months in the exercise process and to see your belly grow a little bit more each week. We work with a small group of a maximum of 6. That's why it's super cosy and personal.

Stay fit during your pregnancy with FemmeGym's safe and effective classes. We offer you a number of different types of group classes during and after your pregnancy. These classes are always in small groups so there is plenty of personal attention for you and the other (expectant) mothers.
Mom in Shape circuit training
Mom in Shape - "Circuit Edition" is an exclusive class designed for pregnant women, recent mothers giving birth, and women who want to pick up their exercise routine for up to two years after giving birth. This class is specially designed for small groups of up to six pregnant women, so you get an optimal dose of attention. Held in the Fitness Zone at the Garage, this class is included with the unlimited membership.

Pregnancy yoga
Pregnancy yoga focuses on becoming aware of your own body and the baby in your belly. Yoga classes consist of gentle body movements, muscle stretching, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. There is also a focus on postures and exercises that can support specific pregnancy symptoms and learning to cope with contractions. Taught at the Dry Cleaner, this class is included in the unlimited membership.

Baby Bootcamp
Have you just become a mother and are looking for a way to get moving again - without babysitting hassles? Then Baby Bootcamp is perfect for you! During this group class, you exercise for 60 minutes together with your baby (10 weeks - 12 months) in a small group of a maximum of 8 mums. Our trainers specialise in postnatal training and guide you with a focus on recovery, diastasis and pelvic floor. You will safely build strength and energy while your baby is just with you. Meet other mothers, share experiences and work on your recovery in an enjoyable way.

1-to-1 counselling during your pregnancy
Besides classes, you can also have a workout schedule tailored to you and your pregnancy. The trainer will sit down with you to discuss what you need in a workout.
