What is mindfulness? It is more than just a meditation technique - it is a lifestyle.
It is all about being aware of what you are doing while you are doing it.

Over four one-hour sessions, we will explore together the basic principles and practices of mindfulness. The goal? To help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

The course is in English and in a series of 4 weeks on Wednesdays at 17:00.
The aim is du to attend all 4 weeks.
