If our environment does not already demand too much of us, we often demand it of ourselves. In doing so, we want to do and experience everything. On willpower, we propel ourselves forward, but often problems gradually arise, physically and mentally. The autonomic nervous system is constantly on 'ON', until one day it short-circuits: burn out.

We are good at ignoring signs that point to this. It often starts with headaches, poor sleep, back pain, irritability, concentration and digestive problems, hyperventilation.
This workshop combines specific Pilates exercises with breathing and yoga techniques. This combination is very effective to reduce or remedy stress-related complaints.

What to expect:
Pilates exercises to explore and relax your body.
Breathing exercises to regulate stress.
Pilates exercises to strengthen postural muscles (Powerhouse).
Balancing energy flows in your body. Let it flow!
Information on various systems in the body associated with stress.
