Because everyone is different and everyone deserves personal attention, you can simply book an appointment with one of our trainers at FemmeGym. Everyone who joins us starts exercising at her own level. You can book an appointment for a health check, an eGym plan and for a Functional Fitness plan.

What does the Health Check involve?

InBody Body Analysis
Within a minute, you will receive via the InBody Analyzer a complete overview of your body composition, such as muscle mass, fat mass and water content. This helps you accurately track changes in your body and gives you targeted advice on exercise and lifestyle.
Strength and flexibility tests
With the eGym Hub, you can measure your strength and flexibility yourself. Easily and quickly, you can see how you are getting stronger and more flexible, with handy tips to further optimise your training.
BioAge: Your Biological Age
To measure is to know! The BioAge shows how fit and healthy you really are. An inspiring starting point to see how your health improves with every workout.

eGym Plan (30 min)

The eGym is a clever combination of 8 fully automatic machines for the major muscle groups. Once the instructor sets all the machines for you, your personal data, such as sitting position and training weight, are automatically stored on your own eGym chip bracelet.
Training weight is determined through a strength test. The most efficient & safe workout for fast results. You do a complete workout within 30 minutes, without waiting times or getting bored. During the workout, you receive training instructions via your personal touch display, making any injuries or incorrect movement execution a thing of the past. Functional fitness plan (60 min)

Together, we discuss your goals and create a plan of action. A personal fitness schedule with functional exercises ensures that you can train purposefully and effectively. By giving the muscles the right stimuli, you can quickly start burning fat and shape or tone your body. We will be happy to tell you how! Once we've drawn up your plan together and executed it once together, we'll put the plan in your FemmeGym app with animations so you always know exactly what to do! Read more about a personal plan.
