Our location The Garage to the Vancouverstraat 6HS in Amsterdam West is the place for strength training and cardio classes. Here you will find everything you need to tone your body, from modern cardio machines to an extensive weight room. De Garage also offers group classes such as HIIT and Bodyshape, ideal for those looking for a challenging workout. And after exercising? Then you can relax in our sauna, perfect for recovering your muscles.
At De Garage, personal guidance is key. Whether you are a beginner or already more experienced, our trainers are happy to help you achieve your goals.

Want to drop by and try it out? Of course you can. With the Free Day Pass you can come and join a free class once or exercise in the free training room. If you want to try a bit longer, you can join the Trial package come to play sports.
Class schedules
Indoor in the Garage
De Garage offers all kinds of group classes such as HIIT and Bodyshape, but you can also join us for Zaktraining or Zumba. Below you will find De Garage's class timetable. If you want to know more about the classes, read more at lessons.
Outdoors in Erasmus Park
These classes are in and around Erasmus Park. For our Outdoor workouts, we use a silent disco system. Everyone works out with the silent disco headphones on, so you really get the ultimate workout experience, how fun!
Memberships
With each membership, you can exercise in both West and East. We make the distinction between an unlimited and essential membership. The biggest difference is between whether you want to take classes or not. With an unlimited you can take classes and with essential this is not included.
We also have three 1-on-1 coaching appointments. With an unlimited membership, you have the opportunity to make use of this every three months and with an essential, it is included once. If you do want to do more frequent appointments, you can always buy an extra one.
Memberships can be paid monthly or in one go for the whole period. On the page Memberships you will find a complete overview of each membership and its costs!

Besides the unlimited and essential memberships, we also have package deals. These are often cheaper than an unlimited and essential membership if you want to come once every fortnight.
